What is a coffee blend?

Blends are made by mixing different coffees together to create a well balanced cup of coffee, typically used for espresso machines, but nowadays also for Moka pots and filter lovers.
The key point is that the different coffees harmonize with each other and not clash, for example nutty coffee will go well with chocolate coffee, and so on...

Are coffee blends better?

Not always, coffee is a very subjective thing. Blends tend to make your coffee more smooth, balancing the flavor. Balanced is not always the rule, depending on what we want, blends can also bring out flavors that were hidden in certain coffees. Some mixes are made to make a more intense for example by mixing two fruity coffees to get an explosion of fruit flavors!

Which coffee blends have the most caffeine?

Our Italian Espresso blend - because it has a high percentage of Robusta. The rest of the blends are lower in caffeine and designed by us to bring complementary flavors. Our Nutty Jerusalem, Pink Chocolate and Indimoka blends have the lowest percentage of caffeine.

What is the difference in coffee blends?

We try to match the taste f our customers and thus we are creating new blends often. Some are more gentle, nutty, others more robust and full of caffeine, or more fruity adn sweet....

Our coffee blends are very well balanced and there is a big variety to match the taste of all! Our blends are freshly roasted and we took much seriousness in picking which coffees make the best match to bring you the best coffee in Jerusalem!

Two of our coffee blends won the Shotim Magasine competition and were ranked as number 1 blends for Turkish coffee and for espresso blend with 20% Robusta. Check our our Jaffa blend and MIlano for this!
