French Roast Dark Coffee

The French Roast originated in Europe in the 1800s. As the name may confuse, this coffee is not grown or roasted in France, but the roasting syle started in France.

To obtain a French Roast, we roast our coffee at a much higher temperature than a regular dark roast. In the process, the coffee beans acquire a darker color and a richer, smokier flavor.
